    The Roloc™ Bristle Disc is an abrasive-filled product that makes deburring, blending, finishing, polishing, and cleaning surfaces easier than ever before. It has been designed to deliver high quality finish and performance, but has the advantage of a safer operating environment.
    The Roloc bristle disc is designed to deliver exceptional performance and finish versus traditional wire and bristle cup and end brushes. It is made with 3M’s patented Regalite mineral, providing tough, durable, and long lasting performance when compared to conventional abrasives. Its three-dimensional construction ensures a controlled cut, eliminating undercutting and gouging, so it produces a better, more consistent finish.
    Even as the bristle disc wears away, fresh abrasive is continually exposed to the work surface, so performance doesn’t diminish. And the bristle disc is more aggressive than wire brushes, so it gets the job done faster. The high concentration of abrasive means a better cut and more uniform finish can be achieved, producing high quality cut at a lower cost.
    The abrasive filled bristle also produces a cleaner surface, which results in better adhesion of subsequent coatings and a better surface profile. Because it operates at up to 15,000 RPMs, it can be used on many of your existing right angle die grinders. In addition, the Roloc bristle disc runs cool to resist heat buildup, this helps eliminate heat damage and tempering of most work surface's.
    For best results use with a 3" Roloc TR Disc Pad Holder (not included).
